Lindi Therond

Lindi is originally from South Africa and has been in New Zealand for over 20 years, the last seventeen of which she has been a Beachlands resident. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband and two adult children

Having studied and obtained her Honour’s degree in Organisational Psychology Lindi has a strong background in HR and recruitment. Lindi has a broad range of skills developed in the many diverse roles she has worked in. Lindi also spent numerous years in a sales role within a construction hire company before deciding to start a family. More recently consulting to the HR function for a leading national electronics retailer.

Lindi has made a valuable contribution to our organisation over the last 10 years. She is a highly motivated team member who enjoys working with others.

Lindi has a lot of patience and empathy for people. She is a positive, open and honest person with great communication skills. Not only is she professional and competent but also well-organized and customer focused. More recently Lindi has obtained her license in Real Estate and is now a licensed salesperson. 

Lindi has always had a keen interest in Real Estate and we are blessed to have her as part of our team.
